About Jitters
Jitters is a cafe in Joliet, Illinois. It is listed at 178 N Chicago St, Joliet, IL 60432, which places it among the local businesses of Joliet that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 7 amβ2 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. This place was ADORABLE! very cozy inside with oldies music playing. I absolutely loved it. They really worked the space beautifully with the decor and art displayed on the walls. I loved the vintage lamps, chairs, and piano. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The coffee was delightful as well as the cheesecake I had. The breakfast sandwiches looked AMAZING! They were huge! I really love that you can see & taste the love that was put into this business. Thank you Jitters!

Best coffee shop ever!! Went for a Route 66 event and it was pleasantly busy but there was a lovely space in the back to play board games and enjoy a drink and snack. Staff were so friendly and helpful! The man who took our order and lady who brought it to us were so sweet. It is a must-go in Joliet if youβre looking at Rt. 66 attractions!

This place is absolutely amazing! Stopped by here with my mom to grab a quick bite and I must say what a hidden gem! Iβm not from the area so I was a little unsure. We were greeted with so much warmth! The Tuna salad was delicious and I got a mango banana smoothie that was delightful. I highly recommend. Iβll definitely be back!
